Insurance claim Process

We work quickly, with an average 2-to-3-week turnaround, so that you can get your property repaired. We also provide weekly updates on our progress, so you’re never in the dark.
Our process is simple. You connect with Stellar Supplements, and we help you gather the necessary documentation. From there, we’ll prepare a detailed report for your client’s insurance company with a new estimate that matches the work you need.
Generally, we send supplements between 3 and 5 days after your contractor submits an estimate. Depending on your Client’s insurance company, you may experience a 1-to-2-week processing time on the settlement. At this point, the insurance company evaluates the new expenses.
What you need to provide for a supplement
First, you’ll want to gather up all the current documentation on your Client’s claim. Having these papers on hand makes it easier to find what you’re missing for your claim. We want to ensure your claim has documentation that cannot be refused.
For Stellar Settlement to go ahead, we need:
- Most recent estimate from the insurance company
- Photo report sent via PDF or Google Drive shared folder
- Roof Report- i.e., EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, or something similar
- Anything specific that you need added that you ran into during the build
